You will find the Information sheet and Waiver sheet for TPAC below. You should be able to click on the documents, print them off, and send them in. So, register early as you can! All the information you need is on the sheets below. If you're not able to print them, contact us and we will be happy to send you the forms. We hope to see you at our next parade!

Forms will be mailed out to folks on the mailing list around mid-August of 2026. Be on the lookout.
